01Is there a monthly fee?
Not to us. Hosting, database and SMS are billed by those providers directly. Several have free tiers.
02Who owns the code?
You. Code, database and accounts are in your name.
03What happens during the 14-day test?
You use the CRM on real jobs for 14 days from handover. Any bug or feature that doesn't work as described, we fix at no extra cost.
04Can I get a refund?
No. All payments are final. Instead, we fix any bugs found during the 14-day test period.
05Can I change things later?
Yes. Edit the code yourself or hire us for paid updates.
06Can I import my customers?
Yes, from a CSV file (for example, a Housecall Pro export).
07What's in Custom?
